We offer a wide range of wellness services to help you achieve optimal health. As an NDIS Registered provider, RNHS adheres to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, which sets out the quality and safety requirements for service providers. These standards cover:

• Rights and Responsibilities of Participants – Ensuring clients receive services with dignity, privacy and respect.
• Safe and Competent Workforce – Our staff are carefully selected, experienced and qualified to provide high-quality care.
• Governance and Operational Management – We follow strict policies to maintain service excellence, including risk management and compliance monitoring.
• Provision of Supports – Our services are tailored to individual needs to ensure person-centered care.
• Safeguarding and Protection – We implement robust safety measures to prevent harm, abuse, and neglect. 

Our services are led by Registered Nurses who oversee and ensure the highest level of care. Our team includes:

• Registered Nurses (RNs) – Providing complex nursing care, medication management and supervision of clinical care.
• Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) – Assisting with nursing care under the supervision of RNs.
• Support Workers – Trained in personal care, community support and disability assistance.

Each staff member undergoes:

• Comprehensive background checks (including NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children and Police Checks).
• Ongoing training & professional development to stay updated on best practices.
• Supervision and performance reviews to maintain service quality.

RNHS is dedicated to continuous improvement to enhance our services and ensure compliance with evolving NDIS standards. We achieve this through:

• Client feedback and complaints resolution – We actively encourage feedback and address concerns promptly.
